We don't get paid until your property is rented. Our professional pre-screened property management team that rents your property will have it's associated management fees for your area. Typically, these fees are up to the first month's rent and a % of the monthly rent collected. We will also help negotiate those fees for you and help answer any questions you have. If you are already a property manager and need some help finding good tenants we can advertise your property on over 100 websites nationwide. We charge $147 for the first month for this service. Be forewarned though, you will have to handle all the phone calls and emails you will get! This service is for serious property managers
or "do it yourself" owners only.

Already in the Denver, Colorado Metro area and need to rent your property? We offer full service property management service for a flat fee. Full service means we do everything from start to finish for the entire year to keep your property rented . This includes the advertising, forms & lease, showings, screenings. We will collect the rent and send your share of the proceeds. We arrange for the repairs and in most cases deduct that from the rent collected. We will hold the deposit collected.

$597 for each house, townhome or condo, then 10% per month of rent collected for our management fee, 1 year agreement. Ask about our rates for multiple properties.
For properties renting for more than $1450 per month,
we can negotiate the rate with
a management fee of 10% per month of rent collected for 1 year.
